I love Rob and Cindy. They are the best people I have ever met in thier industry. I have grown up in a small town and around construction my whole life. Dealing with Rob and Cindy, although in a big city, makes me feel like I am back in my small town Flooring Store. They make you feel like you are the only customer and are so on top of everything. They are down to earth and will give you great advice and excellent service. They truely do "take care of you". Love those two, plus the finish product is outstanding at a wonderful price.

I have been a satisfied customer of Butler Floors twice. They have installed wood floors two different times in two differnt areas of my home. The service prior to installation has been personally handled by the owner. I live in Cedar Park and for him to give me personal service to drive all the way out here, gave me the feeling that he really cared about me as a customer. He listened to any details I wanted covered and all were done. I have been completely satisfied with the craftsmanship of his installer as well. He had to match up the same wood with an older wood section and you can't even tell where one begins and one ends. My floors are exactly what I hoped they would look like. Beautiful! They also carry a great variety of floor care products too!
