I called Capital City Collision to voice my frustrations with their lack of finishing touches on my repair; I spoke to Monica (the owner's daughter). I asked to speak to the owner, but was again told that the owner does not speak to customers. I told Monica that I would be happy to come down and speak to the owner in person. I was told that the owner does not meet with customers and would not meet with me. I told Monica about each and every one of the issues I had with their service and workmanship, there was absolutely zero concern; if anything, I was rushed off the phone as a "complainer". Painted exhaust system, missing parts, missing bolts and screws, gas door falling off. They don't care.



Capital City Collision takes absolutely zero responsibility for their poor workmanship, have EXTRAORDINARILY poor communication skills, and worst of all, they just don't care.



If you are at all detail oriented and care about your car, find some other place to go.

AVOID this place at all costs. My car took 1 month longer then promised & I was misled the whole time. The owner owes me over $1K for rental car incurred for the extra month.
