My phone looks brand new! The long blonde haired guy is very helpful! Thanks Justin! My phone had toothpaste in it with a cracked screen and all is fixed.

My first impression of Chris and his business was very good. My Galaxy S5 had been run over and the screen was broken pretty badly, not to mention any other damage that might of incurred when this happened. I was given Chris's name as well as the name of another cell phone repair shop in town. I asked Chris a lot of questions and he assured me that he had seen worse and felt very confident that he could fix my phone. It took about a week for the repairs, which was fine because he had to wait on parts to be shipped. When I got my phone back, it looked great. The touch screen worked and I was very pleased

So, my iphone starts acting up for no apparent reason and apple's genius desk says i need a new iphone 4s for some "unfortunate hardware issues." Oddly enough, this is right after my warranty runs out.... Go figure, right?? I shout NAY! so i bring it to this fine establishment and Chris comes to the rescue. He fixes it quickly and gives me a good warranty. And when it acts up again, he fixes it again without charge and is able to work with my schedule to make it work. I now have a fixed iphone that works like a champ. 2 thumbs up indeed!!

Chris got my iPhone 5 screen replaced with a hell of a deal. There were some hiccups involved, but Chris handled them professionally and courteously. You need your phone fixed at a fair price? Cell Surgeons is your answer.

The screen on my samsung galaxy s4 blacked out suddenly, rendering the phone almost useless. However, I could answer calls and hear the phone boot up and the phone recognized me touching icons based on the noises. I could no longer see due to the screen being out, so couldn't access my data since I was a knuckle-head and didn't ever back it up. The screen had a crack on if from when I dropped it approx 2 weeks before. I took the phone to 5 cell phone repair shops. One on Sep 28 and 4 on sep 30. The first 3 told me I had to replace the screen because the LCD was "fried" as one put it. The cost estimates i received were $250, $280, and $350 at those three places. I asked if each would do a diagnostic on the phone and all 3 said it he screen definitely needed to be replaced. The 4th place I took he phone said they were too busy and didn't want to mess with it because it "may" have water damage. But, if they did, it would cost over $300 to fix. On Monday September 30, 2013, I took it to cell surgeons for one last attempt at getting a diagnosis and hopefully a lower cost repair before sucking it up and paying $250+ to get it fixed, just so I could access all the data on it. I was given a friendly greeting as I walked in the door. I explained what happened to the phone, and to my surprise, he(I never asked his name. He was the only one in the shop, so I assume he is the owner or "the guy" that fixes stuff there) presented me with a couple possible solutions for extracting the data off the phone if he couldn't get it up and running, which was the most important thing to me since I have insurance on the phone itself. He asked to leave the phone and give him 2 hours as he would like to take it apart and diagnose it before making any further recommendations. He said he would only charge me $65 only "if" he could fix it without having to replace the screen. No brainier, no risk deal for me and I was excited that he would attempt to troubleshoot it prior to making the assumption the screen needed to be replaced. I came back 2 hours later. He had the phone put back together and IT WORKED! When I asked him what the problem was, he let me know when he took it apart and inspected it, the screen was unplugged. There was no water damage and crack did not damage the screen. He explained that sometimes on impact, the screen connection can come loose and disconnect. Never heard a mention from any of the others that that was even possible since I know nothing about how cell phones are designed. In addition, he charged me less than the $65 he originally quoted me as it took him less time than he estimated to repair it. I would have paid him $100 happily, and told him I was also happy to pay the agreed upon price of $65, but he refused to take it. HONESTY! INTEGRITY! ETHICS! And, excellent results at a very low price. I strongly recommend cell surgeons and will be taking my phone and iPad there first in the future, if needed. This is the first time writing a recommendation online and I gladly felt compelled to do it based on my incredible experience and after using Yelp to locate cell surgeons in the first place.

I live in NJ.

Sent two phones to this place over the past year. Phones work great, and much less expensive than I was quoted by a store here in the north east, as well as a store in Fla.

Good job!!

Was a little hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews, but the service was super friendly, the price reasonable, and my replaced screen is functioning normally.

Chris was really nice and helpful when I called. Another cell repair place had refused to work on my S5 Active saying it was a difficult phone. Chris wasn't sure if he could fix it, it had water damage and the screen wouldn't turn on. Once I dropped it off he had the corrison cleaneraned and got the screen working in an hour. I will be bringing all my future cell phone and tablet repairs here and recommend this place.

I believe I got a great price when I needed my screen fixed. I personally didn't price shop and this was the only place I called considering the discounts I figured I'd get a better price or the same price elsewhere. There was a few issue on the time it took to get my screen but that was only bc i didn't tell him I had a white EVO LTE not a black. So the wrong one was ordered and I waited a little longer than I should've but once the screen got in, I waited an hour and my phone was fixed like new.
