Dr Bailey performed an unapproved procedure on my dog at the university of Pennsylvania veterinary hospital. My dog ended up dying as the result. Penn actually refunded me so that says it all! If they hired Dr Bailey and that type of person I’d avoid.

I called to see if they can take my dog there that been vomiting for 24 hrs has not eat anything and didn’t really move at all for awhile. They stated they would see my dog but I had to pay 234 up front just to see the vet. I told them I didn’t have the money until Friday can y’all please take him. Then turn me down and said sorry. my dog died a hour later in my arms with foam coming out of his month having a seizure.……… I work in health care and I know the system sucks but to the person I talk to. all I have to say is don’t come to me when it a emergency because I will refuse you if you can’t pay the TOS fee.

Our 6m old puppy experienced a nasty fall that resulted in a fractured femur. At the time, our baby was in lots of pain, but we didn't know how bad her injury really was. We figured we would wait a day or two and see if she had any improvement as we had initially though it was just a sprain. Over the next 3 days, we noticed no improvement, so we brought her to a nearby ER. It was there that we were made aware of how severe her injury was, and so we were referred to MANY specialty surgery clinics, one of the many being Central Texas Vet Specialty & Emergency Hospital of South Austin. The next Monday, we began calling every clinic, running down the list with seemingly every one unfortunately being too backed up to take her in right away. It wasn't until we reached out to Central Texas Vet Specialty & Emergency Hospital South Austin that we finally had some luck. I believe it was Tiffany that had answered the phone. She right away realized how urgent the situation was and reassured me that she would do everything she could to get our pup an appointment ASAP. For the first time in 4 days we were finally starting to feel some relief. Not even an hour later, Tiffany called back and told me Dr. Kerpsack would be able to perform the surgery the SAME DAY. You'd never imagine how lucky we were to know they'd take the time out of their busy day to help our pup. Graciously, we drove all the way from San Antonio. Upon meeting Dr. Kerpsack, we could tell our pup was in good hands. Dr. Kerpsack was very informative, honest, and assuring throughout the entire visit at the hospital. Not only was the staff so helpful and kind, but we also knew we were receiving the best quality care for the most affordable prices out of everywhere else we had looked into. Our dog is now out of surgery and Dr. Kerpsack and his team did an AMAZING job fixing up our baby. We can't begin to thank this hospital enough for everything they did to make sure our pup was cared for with the utmost compassion.

I am a Breeder of Merit with AKC. I live in California. I was in Belton Tx for a four day dog show. I had a frenchie girl go into labor early. I chose to go to CTVSH and was greeted by a tech by the name of Evan. I was bold face accused of being a negligent breeder and that a csection should never have to be done and if so it’s because I am a careless breeder. First, I health test every dog I own, I provide excellent care to all of my babies, and I don’t breed crap because all my babies are Show Quality. I love my dogs. I want what is best for them! Evan was totally out of line and made no apologies for it. So disappointing!!!!!!!!!
