I bank there, and the Customer Service sucks. The tellers act like they are doing you a favor! And at least once a year for the last 5 years, something weird has happened (always banks fault) that takes MONTHS for them to correct.



So after 5 years of bad service, why haven't I switched? My spouse hates change and until they really blow, will not let me change. But after today, this may finally be the end.



Mortgage with Chase, so called to refinance with the much lower bankrates. First, the Chase employee was rude, but it gets better. He quoted me the highest rates I have received (5% + 2 pts). When I reminded him that I have never been late or missed a payment, and that our current loan is with them, and questioned the points, he told me, "money is in demand right now, so we can charge whatever points we want."



After I shut my jaw, I hung up and wrote this review.
