I am a licensed psychologist who is also certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine to treat insomnia and a number of other common sleep problems using behavioral (without the use of medication) treatment methods. Research shows that behavioral treatment for insomnia works as well as medication in the short-term and is more effective long-term. I enjoy working with patients of all ages (6 months of age to adulthood), and I have found that patients generally see improvement in their sleep difficulties in 3-5 sessions. In addition to treating sleep disorders, I also provide treatment for depression and anxiety in children and adults.
