Dr. Jansen is very experienced and really took her time with the aide of numerous pieces of equipment to get me just the perfect fit in contact lenses. I've had RK surgery and have an extreme astigmatism. I am a complex case that she understands. Her staff are friendly and efficient.

I was very disappointed by my visit at this office. The doctor seemed rude and judgemental because by vision was so back. She looked at me as if I was unclean or didn't take care of myself, which I assure you, is not the case. I simply have bad vision and it is hard for any eye doctor to get my vision to 20/20. If that wasn't frustrating enough, to have the doctor that should be helping me find a comfortable fit for glasses and contacts be rude and snotty, it just wasn't called for. I'm not trash of the streets and I certainly don't expect to be treated that way. I'd hate to see how she treats people that aren't on her status level in society. On top of all this, the front desk ladies were very rude and had a terrible snotty attitude. I'm nice to everyone I meet regardless of who they are and what they look like. Anytime I were to ask the brown haired woman a question she gave me this look that made it clear she didn't care about a thing I had to say. She was very reluctant to help with any request I had and did just enough of her job to say that she did it. People like her are what is wrong with this world today. Why does everyone have to be rude all of the time? I guess this makes them feel better about themself when in fact it makes them look ignorant. I get bad service all of the time and never complain or go out of my way to write a review about it. My treatment at this facility was among the worst I've ever had by any company servicing customers.

Doctor Jansen, and even her staff were very friendly and personable. I usually hate going to the eye doctor as much as the Dentist, or going to get a haircut. But this was a suprising experience. The staff and doctor were very personable. She even worked with me when the contacts i was first given were uncomfortable. We worked it out until she found some that i could see with AND didn't feel like sandpaper. I think i've found my new eye doc.
