They sell broken appliances and refuse to take merchandise back. I'm not sure what else to do about my bad experience, except share it with others in hope that you don't fall into the same situation! I've tried calling all week and they don't answer their phone! What's more? I bought the washer and dryer set on the weekend, but when I need service they are only open during the week (when I work). Something smells fishy!
