I have lived here when the old management was around it seemed well keep most of the people i know from around here were happy.But when this management came in i seems like everything is going down hill so disorganized.they don't care about the tenants if so they would consider the thoughts. Trash and parking is terrible don't get me started with bugs/roaches why would any one want to pay the rates here definitely not worth your time or $$
