We financed 32 homes between Austin, San Marcos and New Braunels that my parents started buying with Corridor Funding and pulled $4.3 million of equity out to buy more homes. We used to use our own money but makes sense to borrow to buy an fix the house up and then use Corrodor's 30 year fixed rate loan.
