My work history is quite varied. I have been a Field Service Technician/Road Warrior since 1996. I started my career in IT as a DSL installer for Bellsouth.It took a lot of hands on experience to acquire the knowledge base I have. Experienced with Windows from 95 to 7 and I have some Mac experience. I have enough server 2000 to 2008 hardware repair experience to replace parts and get system IP set. I have AD management skills to assist in daily IMAC duties. I have experience with data back-up and recovery to restore a network or files when needed.   I started training with computers in 1996 and have been working on them ever since. I am A+ Certified(2003), MCP Certified Win XP(2003), Network+ Certified(2011) and HP Desktop/Laptop/Printer Certified(2007), also I worked as a Dell laptop/desktop/printer break/fix technician for Unisys in 2005.
