Craniofacial Services

I am so thankful to the wonderful doctors and nurse practitioners at the craniofacial clinic who worked so hard to take care of my child and return her to me. I can never, ever thank them enough. Every single day when I see my child I am reminded of her miraculous recovery and what a meticulous, thorough job they did. They never gave up, were consistently kind and patient and were available all hours of the night and day. These medical professionals ROCK.

Craniofacial Pediatric Clinic - A waste of time and money

My husband and I brought our daughter to Dr. Patrick Kelley's Craniofacial Surgery clinic to evaluate plagiocephaly resulting from torticollis. Their diagnostic tools were primitive (no measurements were taken), they lost her medical records (and instead showed us photos of several other patients until they could visually identify hers), and ultimately declined to render a professional recommendation because the condition is "cosmetic". Once the photos were found (after our appointment), they emailed them to us, and we did not have the benefit of reviewing them with the surgeon or even physician's assistant to help facilitate our decision for more aggressive intervention. It was a complete waste of time & money, and we still are lost as to the best course of treatment for our doctor (and time has now run out....). I intend to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board and HIPAA. If you are considering seeing a professional about your child's plagiocephaly, don't waste your time at Dr. Kelly's office. His clinic does not meet the expectations you would expect out of Dell Children's Hospital.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!

This hospital is a GODSEND for any parent who has a child with a rare condition, disease, etc.. My son was diagnosed with Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia and required emergency surgery in November 2009 to decompress his nerve. (Craniotomy/Brain Surgery/Microvasular Decompression) The Physicians, Neurosurgeons, Nurses, Staff are all excellent and very caring! They took the greatest care of my son who is recovering well now, I have the deepest gratitude for what they all did. I would recommend this Medical Center to everyone with children!
