Great Place for Great Prices

Excellent customer service. Lara spent a great deal of time showing me all my options for connecting a PC speaker with a long extension to my laptop. Very happy with my selection.

I was looking for a specific usb cable for my digital camera, so I phoned and gave all details. "Sure we have it ", was the response. So there I go across town to the store, only to have the fellow there tell me they don't have any cable that would work for my camera. After the back and forth, he said that when anyone asks for a usb cable on the phone, since they carry several, the standard answer is to say that they had whatever the customer was asking for. More back and forth and he said, "Well what do you want me to do?" How snarky and arrogant!!! He should know very well what to do. He certainly wasn't concerned about my wasted time and effort. Off my list forever.

Ordered a critical part for a business computer to be shipped overnight. Two days later they wrote me to say the part was out of stock. Had to cancel nearly $1000 of appointments because of this.

This is the place to go. They have lots of parts for your computer and the people are nice.
