I would have gave them 5 stars a month ago but I gave 4 stars because we did have an incident recently. We have been a long time customer and had no issues till last week. Our internet and phones went down for about an hour.



They handled the situation promptly and professionally.



Customer service is second to none. You get a live person when you call and there is no wait or hold time. Cant say that for many other company nowadays (not even mine).



Overall I think this company does a great job and we plan on a long relationship with DoubleHorn. Keep it up guys!!

DoubleHorn has been a great company to us. We have 2 offices that needed to be connected and Doublehorn made this instal painless. We have been using them for almost a year and have had no problems with our phone systems. The Polycom phones they provide are awesome.

We are currently using Doublehorn communications for 2 of our businesses. It is a complex system utilizing SIP Trunks. We have not had any issues and everything was set up properly. We have a t1 dedicated to voice through them as well. We use their hosted PBX solution which has really saved us time, money and the hassle of managing the system in house.

Doublehorn was refereed to my by a company in the same building I moved into. From the start they were very professional and made the installation easy and very fast. We looked at a few other companies because we were price sensitive and were looking for the best deal possible. They were about the same price as Time Warner but offered a lot more business class features. Did I say their customer service was great!!

DoubleHorn Communications is a 1 stop shop. We could not have asked for a better company. I have had many problems with our phone system throughout the years but they were solved when we started using DoubleHorm Communications. If someone asked me what communications company I use, I would not hesitate to recommend DoubleHorn..

We have been with this Doublehorn for a little over a year now and I have not had any issues with the service. In fact I have been more than happy. We switched service providers because of many service issues we were encountering. Doublehorn fixed the issues and we have had no interruptions in service since. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. What I really like is when I call I get a live person every time. I would, and I have recommended this company to others.
