ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! When I purchased my bed on Amazon, the delivery time frame was 8/8 - 8//11, with no mention of a 3rd party company holding my delivery until they felt it was convenient to bring it (even though they ARE a delivery company). I was willing to wait until 8/16, but am now being told it is getting pushed to 8/20. I was also told (with a little snicker to accompany the snide comment) that because I live in Round Rock and my purchase was done through Groupon (which it wasn't), I am not given priority. I was also called "insane" when I got upset. This is unacceptable, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL business practice. I would use any other delivery company before using this one.
