Hands down the best insurance experience I've ever had. For both business and personal insurance, Evan and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is buttoned up and hoops are jumped through. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate his help and professionalism!

I've never had an agent for my insurance before having Andrew Easley. I can honestly say I can't imagine what I was ever doing without one. Andrew and his staff make my insurance very simple, and are always helpful with anything I ever need. Having them to work with, SURE BEATS calling 1-800 numbers and talking to the typical monotone, and usually unintelligent sounding call-center employees which most insurance companies have. I've "seen the light" when it comes to how insurance is SUPPOSED to be, and that's thanks to Andrew Easley and the members of his staff.

I started a policy with them April 2015 and I have been having problems ever since. I kept receiving notices about needing to sign forms and when I sign it then it would be something. Then I received a letter saying my life insurance lapsed but every time I called to see what was going on I was told my insurance is ok.I would keep getting notices about it. Finally it was Andrew was suppose to reach out to you about your policy but never did so I kept calling.We was suppose to meet but he had car trouble. Then I tried to reach him again it was I'll have him call you.Almost two weeks go by still no call back.I call today and its well we decided to transfer your policy to the office closer to you. Now you decide this and remind you still no call back from Andrew but his assistant does the dirty work and guess what my life insurance did lapse awhile ago but let them tell it was still good. I would have rather they give me the run around about my car insurance instead of my life insurance.
