Do Not Recommend Ezell Investment's

It was my experience that the Owner of this business was Dishonest. Unprofrssional, Hostile & Abusive. I uncovered a SIZEABLE CREDIT on my account on a property Tom Ezell manages, Fountain Terrace Apts. He tried to cover it up a number of time's UNSUCCESSFULLY! He left Disturbing letter's and note's at my door. One read's "You have expressed intent to terminate your lease. Offered me $500 upon vacate with a 5 day deadline". That was in Nov. PROBLEM-I NEVER GAVE ANYONE NOTICE TO TERMINATE MY LEASE!. When I asked for proof Tom had NO PROOF. He wrote "This is proof your lease terminate's in May (6 month's later) and I have rented your apt to some one else". BIG DIFFERENCE ON A 5 DAY DEADLINE IN NOV. Unless something was seriously wrong why would he make up a termination I never gave and pay any tenant any amount of money with vacancies at the same complex. I had a credit on my account from assistance while fighting cancer and its complications Tom knew about. Another not reads "I know you're having a hard time. New tenants pay $775. I have kept you at $725. If you can pay more during the coming year come tell me". I WAS IN AN ACTIVE LEASE! Why would I want to raise my own rent? Tom denied writing the note so I gave him a copy of HIS OWN note which followed with him wadding it up and he threw it at me. There was a gas ecplosion, a death in the swimming pool.Rumor wad it was by electrocution. We were never told and a tenant shot his gun with a bullet passing through the other side of our studio where two of us were residing. Repair's were few IF AT ALL. My apt. Was shown by Tom WITHOUT MY PERMISSION with total strangers in my apt. While I was away. I WASNT MOVING THEN EITHER. The new tenant told me. Tom and maintenance gained entry to our apts when NO repair requests were turned in, NO emergency, NO prior notice entry needed to be gained and NO notices left when they left our units . Drug's, drug dealing including meth and drug smell's. Used needles and condoms strewn on property with children present. Stolen license plates, filthy washing machines constant, car breakins, roaches. Tenant's were often blamed for repair's. Water issue's never resolved. Tenant's spend their whole showers and water usage time adjusting wate temperature. Tenant's were told by Tom "you're the only one complaining about that" when people on the other end of the complex had the same complaint's. In other words stonewalling and tenant's can't get copies of their own ledger's. I left on a Wrongful and Constructive Eviction by Tom Ezell. Tom was put on a NO REFERRAL list by professional's on my behalf after viewing what was left at my door by Tom. Street people urinating on property and sleeping under stair's and in upstair's laundry room's. Some good neighbor's.
