Dealer was very helpful acquiring my new vehicle. I had many questions and concerns which Lauren handled very well and patiently.

I had need to replace my 2015 FIAT 500 Turbo vehicle post a service engine warning at the dealership. I also knew I wanted an ABARTH after driving my Turbo model for almost 2 years. Working with the manager and sales consultant, I decided to trade in my vehicle for a 2016 ABARTH. I am retired so all my driving is for pleasure, and after driving my new car back to Georgetown from Austin, I was sure I made the right choice to purchase. Thank you Nyle Maxwell for personally following up with me via e-mail to me, about my need for new car location / acquisitions at your Maxwell family dealerships when I was talking to Brandon. Brent at the FIAT studio really took the extra time to explain all my purchase and finance options and I really appreciate that, and wanted to let you know this personally. My father is very happy with his 2015 purchase of his Terrain from the GMC dealership, and is 100 % satisfied in service related visits for maintenance. I will highly recommend the Maxwell family to anyone who asks my opinion for a new or used vehicle purchase. ÂÂ

DO NOT buy from this greedy dealership! They have a "promotional gift card" when you buy that you will never actually see. I have been led around in circles with this issue and have yet to receive it. Is it that difficult to find an honest, understanding car establishment today? So sad



If you do shop there, stay away from Angela Hicks as she is extremely fake & rude.
