I can't give the food a rating as we didn't get past the bad service enough to even try the food.

Our order was a little hamburger with mayo/ketchup, little cheeseburger with mayo/ketchup, little bacon cheeseburger with mayo/ketchup/lettuce, cheeseburger with mayo/ketchup, 2 little fries , 2 regular Cajun fries and 4 drinks.

Out of that whole order...the only thing they got right was the drinks. We received 4 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 with lettuce and onions, 1 regular fry and 1 Cajun fry.

When I brought the order back to the counter I told the cashier that I think they gave us the wrong order cause all the hamburgers were wrong. Before the cashier could even talk, the cook comes out and asked what the problem is. I told her that all the hamburgers have bacon on them and the individual mistakes on each one. She grabs the ticket and rudely says "you ordered them with bacon". I told her no...on the ticket it clearly says only one was supposed to. Without even checking the food, she proceeds to tell me I'm wrong and that all the burgers DO NOT have bacon. I had to physically open each burger and take them apart to prove that there was bacon, onions and cheese on all the burgers.

Only then did she admit the order was wrong and then blamed it on other staff members.

By that time, I was so aggravated with her that I asked for complete refund. She just walked off, throwing her hands in the air. Someone came out (I'm assuming the manager) and gave me my money back and apologized for behavior.

It was our first visit there and we will never be back.
