Today I went in for the second time, and for the second time I was turned away in a rude manner for no great reason. I went in to get a small monogram on a bag, not a big order. What I was requesting couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes on the machine. And the rude woman at the store said it would be more than two weeks, two weeks! I asked if there was anyway to get it done in a week since I am going to Colorado in a week and wanted to take the bag with me. She, very rudely, replied that they had some big orders and a small job was not a priority. She basically told me tough cookies, you and your 'small order' can go f-yourself. I went about two minutes away to EmbroidMe in the same shopping center and they happily took my order and were very nice and accommodating. They even said they could get it to me before the end of the week. SO, if you want surly, overpriced, rude non-service, go to Flying Threads. If you want nice, accomadaging, timly service go to EmbroidMe.
