On July 17 I went to Fuddruckers on Slaughter Ln Austin TX with my daughter and granddaughter. We order two bacon cheese burgers and a chili cheese dog. There were four other tables already eating when we placed the order. It took 40 minutes to get the burgers because they say they run out of bacon. It took 45 minutes to get the hot dog...no excuse. The food was good so I went back today for another hot dog...Big Mistake!!
I place my order and after the three other costumers behind me already were serve I ask the attendant where my order was. When she ask the cook, he immediately put a hot dog on a untoasted bun, smothered it in chili and hand it to me in a soggy mess with the fry's. This time I cancelled the order and got my $ back and swore I will NEVER return! There is no experienced workers at this restaurant what so ever.
