Provided by YP.comI think I was razzle dazzled by an employee. He said there was something wrong with my tank water. They never have problems with their fish,and he had check his tank waters levels. I bought 5 fish them 3 are the Glo tetras, and 2 neon tetras. The issue I am having is the 3 tetras died on me. I have has them for less than a week. The other 2 are thriving well with my other tetras. I have 1 betta. I brought in the water to be tested. He claimed my Ph was too high. My water read 7ph the dark blue, and my ammonia was a hint of yellow says it was too high, my nitrates and nitrites were blue and light yellow. My understanding is those are actually good readings not bad. Yet he told me they weren't. Then he kept saying "We don't give refunds." It didn't matter if my fish died or not. Bottom line they weren't going to fix it. I spent $10.99 a piece for those stupid fish. I will not buy any fish from them again. I will tell everyone that I know in my neighborhood, and who ever I run into wanting to buy fish not to shop their for fish. At least it other places I have purchased fish they worked with me. I have had tanks for 35 years and I know how to take care of fish. I bought 3 fish from there and they lasted less than a week. Worst $33 dollars spent. Never again!

Provided by YPmobileMy visits to this store were enjoyable and informitive. They helped me select the right food for my Cocketiel, dog and cats.
I recommend them to all animal lovers and specifically bird people.

Provided by YP.comI recently went into this store on two separate occasions. The first time I came in, the staff was not friendly and not helpful. I inquired about a few birds, and the associate seemed uninterested in helping me and was busy with other activities. I left the store very disappointed with the service that I was given. Upon coming back to the store a second time, I was shocked to experience THE SAME behavior from the staff. This time there was a different woman "helping" me with my inquiries. I am a bird lover and was looking forward to getting a friendly companion, but my time at Gallery of Pets was anything but enjoyable. I would not, and could not, recommend this store to anyone I know. The service and helpfulness of the staff in the aviary is appalling, and I suggest the owners give their employees some customer service training.

Provided by YP.comBe VERY careful when purchasing a bird from these people. If you should be fortunate enough to find that special bird, and must return for it a few days later, refuse to leave until they MARK the bird for you. Take your camera along and take pictures as well. When we purchased our bird, they refused to mark it and as a result, we were given the wrong bird apon pick up. They were completely non-sympathetic, refused to help me and blamed the mysterious personality change and difference in looks on the fact that I did not stop by to visit every day. Beyond that, they were very unhelpful in purchasing supplies. I felt like I was intruding by asking for help.
My wish is that no one else will have to go through what we did.
