Find another hairdresser. After 3 appointments, I will not be going back. Today was my 3rd appointment and the hairdresser did not show up. On my 1st appointment, she was 20 minutes late, the 2nd appointment she was again, 20 minutes late and today, she just plain did not show up.



I kept asking the owner/barber (her brother) to call her to find out what her eta was and when she would be arriving. He kept telling me that she was "on the way". I sat quietly in the chair at her hair station waiting and the longer I waited, the angrier I became.



My appointment was at 11 AM and I wound up walking out at 12:25 PM. I have never been treated so shabbily at a business in my life.



Gaston's doesn't have to worry about me coming back and I won't be referring anyone to that shop either. Too bad, I like supporting minority businesses, but, I will not be supporting this one.
