I cannot say enough great things about Gene Holt Insurance and Kelly that works there! She is amazing! She is always kind, easy to reach, and has always gone above and beyond to get great rates for both myself and my daughters. I highly recommend Gene Holt for all your insurance needs!!!

Simply put, they are the best! Responsiveness and overall service are amazing and they are very informative. I've worked with Kelly since moving to Texas 3.5 years ago on our Auto and Home Insurance and feel confident that we are getting the best rates along with top-notch service. In this day and age, it seems so seldom that we receive personalized service so I really appreciate being able to call, text or email and always get an almost immediate response. We were comparing companies and Kelly went above and beyond; found us excellent rates and continues to go above and beyond with customer service. One year ago our home was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. Kelly and her staff worked tirelessly ensuring our family was safe and had what we needed. Kelly contacted our home and car insurance providers to ensure our claims were filed and dealt with them herself. Kelly and her staff gathered gift cards for our family during this time and keep in constant contact with us.
We love the staff at Gene Holt Insurance and will never go anywhere else. Kelly makes us laugh and smile and is always one step ahead to make sure we are happy.
