I've used them several times. They are extremely professional and do excellent work.

I called glass clinic because i needed my windshield replaced and i had a polite gentleman give me the price on cost and labor they were able to install the new windshield that same day .

When i talked to the customer service rep over the phone, she told me as long as the crack was smaller than a quarter, it could be repaired. Only my wife was present when the guy performed this work at my house. Problem one, the guy didn't speak any English. After the work was done, he left a piece of tape on the windshield, but could not tell my wife when to take it off. Once i got home, i took off the piece off, and they crack in the windshield was bigger than before the tech tried to repair it. When I called them, they said their tech called them, told them it was too big to be repaired, but he still drilled a hole in the window and attempted to fix it. Nevertheless, it wasn't fixed. My wife drive less than 5 miles, and the crack started to spread. I called them back, they said it's only a 60% chance that the window can even be repaired, and now it has to be replaced, which would cost hundreds of dollars. I contacted my insurance agency, they said it could still be replaced if it was less than the size of a 1 dollar bill, which it was. I'll have to wait until Monday to see if it can be replaced, if not, i will have to pay to replace it. Even if it has to be replaced, I WILL NOT USE GLASS CLINIC, b/c of their poor customer service, and poor work. On the receipt they gave my wife, it says they warranty againt leakage and workmanship. When I asked them to honor their warranty, they told me there was nothing they could do. I talked to multiple glass repair companies, that said as long as the work is done properly, they rarely have this issue. I will NEVER use this company again, and I will also place a complaint with the BBB as well.
