I'm not one to post negative reviews, but in this case I think it's a must. My daughter is scheduled to try out for her HS Softball team on 2/15/16. On 2/6/16, I mailed her glove via 2 day air. The glove was received by GloveRelace on 2/8/16 and an invoice was sent to me on that day requesting payment. I paid the invoice on 2/8/16 and on 2/9/16 I received a message that the glove had been shipped. About 5 mins later, I received another message stating that shipment was cancelled, because the shipper changed their minds. Over the next several days, I tried multiple times to contact GloveRelace via email, messaging and phone with no response. Now I feel like I've been scammed in that they took both my money and my glove. The sad part of this story is now I have to go purchase a new glove for my daughter that's not broken in so that she can have a glove for tryouts. I hope this review will prevent the next person from being taken advantage of.
