I went in to have my car detailed . I was told the wait would be 2 hours, which was acceptable to me. However, I waited nearly four (4) hours before my car was finished. Apparently, there were two cars before mine. Had I been told this up front, I would have returned at a later Time! Please be honest with your customers. They will be more willing to return!

I realize I used a Groupon discount coupon for H2O service today but I still expected a first class job on my car, as advertised. A few blocks after leaving the site I noticed that compartments in the middle of the dash and console as well as the frame around the gear shift box were dusty and full of the same dog hair they arrived with. The trunk carpet still had the debris it went in with, and there were several places on the outside that had been totally missed (easy to see on a white car). I was on my way to another appointment or would have returned to show the manager the poor job. Perhaps had one of the young women not been so busy on her cell phone that she could only use one hand to work, or another not so distracted by listening with her iPod, I might have gotten better service. I used the Lamar H2O when I lived on Lady Bird Lake but apparently that level of service didn't follow south. I am disappointed in H2O.
