One night I had guests out of town and talked highly of the place. We went to see the band that was playing 7-9 p.m. and paid $6 cover charge.. After the first band finished, second band was going to start at 9:30. Store personel came and told us we have to go out (it was a cold night )

and come back paying another $9 cover charge for the next band...go out and come back in...it is not a good business idea. charge people moderate cover charge and do not let the inconvenience scare people away. of course we didnt stay for the second band just because it was so rude to let us out and tell us to come back half an hour ...such a decent idea Ruta Maya trying to reflect but this was not acceptable if they want to stay classy. Hope managers can read this and take some action because we want to keep going to our Ruta Maya.

Great coffee and a great place. Love sitting outside and watching the people go by.
