We at Cypress Millworks & Design were genuinely pleased with the customer service and attention that we recently received from Hamilton Electric Works. Worried that the motor for our table saw had suffered a catastrophic failure, we took it to Hamilton for a proper diagnosis. Interaction with the Service/Repair department was friendly and professional. Fearing the worst, I made an inquiry with the Sales department as to whether or not they might be able to find a suitable replacement motor. The sales team was patient and accommodating. Ultimately our motor was repaired in short order at a reasonable price. I will use Hamilton Electric Works in the future and would certainly recommend them to friends and associates.
