Worst Service Ever!

Do not call this company to repair your television. I would not recommend this company at all.

Worst Company Ever!

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are rude and no experience in television repair. I own a 2006 Mitsubishi DLP. They came out on a Friday and charged $69 for service fee and then $26 just to clean my fans and reset my system to have it fail two days later. Then I called them up on a Tuesday and have them pick it to take to there shop. Guy on the phone assured me the TV will be picked up the next day. No one calls or comes by, they didn't even have me scheduled for a pick up. Then he couldn't find my information and had the nerve to argue about his service and it was not his fault his repair did not work. Then said my TV will picked tomorrow but could not confirm a time.

Poor service and VERY bad communication

Do not take your TV to this establishment!!

In October 2007, I took three TV's to HDTV. Two over 60 inches made by NEC and one off brand vizio from Walmart. They initially told us they could fix the TV's. After several weeks they called back and said they could not fix the two NEC TVs. We told them not to discard the TV's, we would pick them up. They discarded them anyway. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding because Esi has a very thick accent. He may have misunderstood. Still he only offered to replace them with a TV that did not work. We would have taken them to another establishment.

The Vizio TV they indicated they fixed for $375 was fixed by replacing a powersupply. They said all we needed to do was switch the TV from video to TV. And because they did not have the remote they could not switch to confirm it worked properly. We did and it still did not work. We had the same problem. Then when I took it back I was told I would be contacted the following week. I finally had to contact them three weeks later and was told Esi would call me back. He didn't, so I had to call AGAIN the following week. I informed them at that time their lack of response was not acceptable. I talked with a young man there who indicated it should be fixed under warranty and would not cost me anymore.

Esi called back and indicated the part needed was after market and he was having problems locating it. I gave him another week until he called and said there was nothing he could do. So, here I am out $375 with a broken TV. If he had told me he needed the remote the first time, I would have gotten it to him.
