This vet clinic is extremely expensive. Their services are extremely pricey, often 2 to 3 times that of other vets in Austin. Sometimes they take their time with your pet and other times they rush, which is upsetting to the pet. Checking out after a visit takes forever. While they are qualified and experienced, it seems that money is more important than taking the time to make our pets feel comfortable.

There isn't a more caring group of individuals for animal care - I began working with them through a rescue organization. It wasn't long until I moved my own animals to their care. They are wonderful for the animals and the owners, from the beginning of life right up until the end.
