MY daughter was given to a low life, rapist POS because of this judge. How is it possible to even call this justice? I think its funny how much in common I have with this judge as per her campaign site. How could you possibly be fooled by such lies in your court room, that you just gave my 13 year old daughter to him when he was 18 he took naked photos of me & I was 13!! He took me to a hotel to have sex with me. Took advantage of me. Yeah vote for her again because it is a great advocate to have for our rape crisis center. Also put a judgement on me (a single mom with a toddler son, no child support from father, unemployed, no income, poverty status) to pay not only $3k of his lawyer fees on top of $300/mo child support. AFTER I spent $9000 TOTAL on my lawyers and travel expenses to come all the way from Norcal to be there. Now it will leave my son motherless and my life forever destroyed all for what? So I go to jail because I cant afford to pay child support being unemployed. Thank you. my daughter wants out. She had to be put in a psych ward for a night because she preferred to be there than go back with her father. He smokes pot & cigarettes inside the house with his 3 kids. This guy has gotten me arrested after throwing me down the stairs, has gotten my daughter taken by CPS when I was 16 years old and took me to runaway to San Francisco. Its not fair. My daughter is now suicidal. She is failing in school. He never paid me child support for years. my daughter is now 13 and has very recently started living with her father. I had appealed this case in the beginning NOT because I didnt like the judges ruling but because I DIDNT like how my 1st hired lawyer handled it. What a joke, what a waste of money. I thought I could win my daughter back from this creep who speaks inappropriately to my daughters friends? Well done Mrs. Honorable one.....JUSTICE served.
