Worst deal in town

Worst deal in town. It cost me $200 for cleaning the pump and fixing two small leaks in the pipe. After "the repair" water was flushing out, big time. One connection was broken. One week later, and daily phone calls, nobody came back to fix the mess. Explanation from Bruce Hudson: I was at the bottom of his list. I have to understand: they have highest priorities... Imagine, your pool without the pump running in the middle of the pollen season...

I had to call someone in. The chlorine dispenser connector was broken and I had to dump it. It cost me $100 more just for the repair. Plus, I had to drain, clean and refill the water.

Who can beat that?
