Provided by YP.comif you are considering Hunters Chase, DON'T. Becky the Manager could care less about you or your safety. There is NO insulation in these apts and they are very old and not kept up. My electric bill on the first floor was over $250 for 4 months this summer. FOR AN APT! You are required to put a deposit down but Becky the manager, took every penny for things she so say recorded, and we really did clean this apt spotless when we moved. They put in some cheap wood vinyl flooring that kept peeling and tore because of the furniture, and we paid for it. The first day we were there the light fell out of the ceiling onto an expensive candle ope-rum that my grandmother left me, and it was shattered. I reported it and the office manager (Becky) said Oh well its an old apt complex. Our apt was vandalized twice with a cigarette lighter and burn marks on the door and wall. And someone tried kicking the door in twice. When the cops were called the cop said this was becoming a very unsafe area. If you go to the balconies outside you will see the rotten wood from the upstairs apts balcony. And the balcony is not solid so it rains and you can see or open the door , because of the cracks in the wood! This is a turd in tin foil and avoid this complex at any cost, for you and your family, or pets safety!
