Worst bank ever. Paid off the second mortgage a week in advance of the date. IBC did not release the lien for over a month of the agreed date. Paid extra for the release to be wired to the county. The delay resulted in the loss of a refinance of the primary loan which will now cost us thousands of dollars in extra interest.

These guys are very friendly and they have the best rates around. They are all about customer service. I highly recommend them.
