Worst service I have experienced in quite sometime. We pulled up at 5:30pm, 3 employees were standing outside taking a break. We walk in, and we're told someone would be with us in a few minutes.3 people were waiting in front of us. After 20 minutes of waiting to be seated I noticed there were several booths and tables that were empty. Some of them still needed to be wiped down, but 3 of the clean ones would have held my party of 5. After another 5 minutes, we decided to leave, I understand that employees need breaks during their shift, but why not have them take their breaks at different times? If over half of your staff is standing around at the rear of your restaurant, who is left to wait on the patrons that are walking in? The management will hopefully correct this issue, before this location is closed down and becomes another rundown, vacant building in an already rundown part of town.
