I'm a carrier who has moved hundreds of loads with Intelligent Logistics and they are good people who are fair, responsive and have always treated me right. They are the best broker I've worked with-they are fair on the pricing, compensate whenever a delay happens, and have their stuff together (and always in writing!) Only issue I've ever had is one time a payment was late.,They got back to me right away, saw the check had never cleared their bank, and so they overnighted me a check that day. Very responsive and a good group to work with.

Provided by YP.comBecareful doing business with Intelligent Logistics. Unprofessional group of people over there. Not answering your phone avoiding situations. Booked a load with Brandon Arnold – Vice President, Operations 9 am and had a dispatcher call me back 5pm to cancel the load. I told the dispatcher that I wanted to talk to Brandon and he told me that he was busy. However could put me on hold to talk to Brandon but he would not pick up the phone. He held my truck all day I just wanted to talk to him regarding the matter.
Sorry you had an unpleasant experience as a vendor to us. Customers do sometimes cancel loads due to quality testing failures and so forth, but we charge and pay our carriers for "truck ordered, not used" fees. It is possible that Brandon was not available when you wanted to speak to him. In any case, you have several other recourses. 1. We always pay layover and truck cancellation fees, because we charge these to our customers. We understand that sometimes customers cancel loads when for example product fails quality tests, but we do not penalize our carriers for this and pay cancellation fees when it happens. 2. You could call and ask for Brandon's manager to escalate this matter. 3. If all else failed and you were unable to get resolution, we carry a $100,000 bond which you can file against. This is administered by a neutral 3rd party, and you will get paid if we are in the wrong. Our bond is 10X the size as legally required, and we carry it specofically so that the carriers we use can feel confident that they will always be paid, regardless of the situation.
