I was in the store yesterday to purchase my 3rd Sony Camera in 3 years. The lack of salesmanship caused me to leave and not make the purchase. I will be going to Best Buy today to purchase a new camera for my daughter.



I asked for info on repair of my camera - not having bought the warranty I needed a location name or something where I can get info on camera repair. It was like begging to get any information and took 2 people to get me this.



Then I was looking for info on a new camera for a gift and the sales person appeared to not know anything. The other person was not interested in helping. I wanted sales assistance and information.



In the past, I was pleased with the store, however, after yesterday I will not recommend nor go to Sony for any additional purchases. It was a waste of my valuable time - I had to make arrangements to get there as I live in South Austin - and I did not accomplish my mission. Darn.
