Dropped off men's slacks & sweaters, along with a women's long winter coat. My wife marked areas on the coat that needed more attention than the other areas. We picked up the items and they completely ignored the areas that we marked. Their explanation for the $22 charge was that they could go ahead and re-send it through to be cleaned again. The coat was not heavily soiled and could not understand what the big deal was in doing it right, the first time. I went to this location because it was the closest to our home and what a BIG mistake. I do not recommend this location or company to anyone.
