I brought in a brand new shirt I had worn once to a wedding. It was clean, but needed to be laundered for another event. When I picked it up the first time, there were new, small green spots on the shirt and several pieces of animal hair on it. I pointed out the new stains and asked for it to be redone. The employee acted as if this were my problem and she was doing me a favor by sending it back.When I picked it up for the second time, the green stains were gone, but the seams on the body and on the outside of the collar were disgustingly dirty. It looked like someone had used a dirty iron and burned the shirt, too. There were also several areas where there were small brown stains. I was told to send it back one more time, but if it wasn?t fixed, I should fill out a claim form.I just came back for the third time this morning, and the shirt looked the same and my damage form was rejected. Go somewhere else. Avoid Jack Brown Cleaners.
