Unbelieveable! HorribIe experience! I went into this shop at lunch time on Friday to get the tip of my rod replaced. They said I could come back in a bit. When I came back, all of the folks that had been there before were gone, and the one man present had no idea what I was talking about. Then I saw my pole, and when the guy handed it to me, not only was it not fixed, they HAD BROKEN IT!!!! Then he told me that they could not put a new tip on, because the pole was broken. What kind of a rod/reel repair shop cannot make a simple rod-tip-replacement repair without breaking the pole?!?!?! The there was the complete lack of concern about my property. I cannot even believe that I was treated this way. No Apology. No offer to make it right. He actually told me I could buy a repair kit at Academy and fix it myself. I will NEVER consider doing business with these people again.

Cannot find their hours listed on their website of anywhere esle. I am not going to make a trip here on Sunday morning if I don't know their hours!

I have never been to this store, but after talking to Mr. Watt I will go out of my way to visit and buy from this place. He answered all questions, made me feel more than welcome to come visit. I am starting a new bait store, and am willing to travel over an hour drive to this store because of this really nice man. Thanks Mr Watt -----lisa rodriguez

This place is a fisherman's dream. Its like a blast from the past. Tons of rods, reels, and tackle just fill this place up. Every kind of live bait you could think of. Lots of local custom lures, hand poured plastics, flyfishing stuff too. Employees are very helpful and friendly. In a sea of big box stores it is great to know that their are still some cool locally owned businesses surviving.
