I went there today for lunch, and realized there was a bug in my salad (about 1/4 of the way through). I spoke with the general manager who justified it and said that's normal for produce. He offered to remove 99 cents for the salad off the bill. We left, and I would not recommend this place due to the bugs and the poor management.
