Provided by YP.comThe most unprofessional and disorganized "business" I have ever encountered. They have absolutely NO customer service skills or respect for the tenants. You will not have a pleasant experience or a comfortable place to call home if it’s managed by Jumpstart.

Provided by YP.comThese people are unprofessional, disorganized & horrible management! Stay away! They won't return your calls, they'll lose your rent checks, and mysterious charges will show up on your monthly ledger - MONTHS later, with no explanation.

Provided by YP.comUnprofessional, unprepared, unorganized, poor communication in regards to returning tenant calls, little respect for tenant privacy. Stay away if you have a choice.
