I hired Just Cleaning Company to come in and clean my home and my carpets. The evening of my cleaning, I went to grab my digital camera to charge my battery; and my camera was gone. I called Just Cleaning Company to report the theft and the company denied any wrongdoing and made it seem that I was making the whole thing up.



When I advised the company that if the matter couldn't be solved amicably I was going to file a police report and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which I did). They told me that if I did that, they would take the matter to their lawyers.



One of the reasons I chose Just Cleaning Company was due to the fact that they are insured and bonded, the other was due to the good compliments and high recommendations that are posted on their website. I felt that I could trust their company enough to let people I don't know into my home to provide a service with integrity. Now I know that no matter how good a service might say they are, there is no truth in advertising. Buyer beware for sure.
