Horrible customer service

They had messed up my 16 piece meal, gave me a "credit" that I was promised would not be a hassle to redeem. I specifically waited a couple of weeks until today bc I was moving and had some guys coming over tonight. I called at 6:30 pm and got the manager. She told me she saw no record of the incident and Laura was not there so no go. I was pissed bc this is now 3rd time getting screwed so I told the lady i wanted to talk to GM, THE SUPERVISOR HUNG UP. Since then 13 calls later they picked up once at 8:10 pm and I was told that supervisor was in a meeting. I left my number for a call back. It's now 9 pm.



I'm going to have a field day with the area manager tomorrow.
