Last Chance Auto Sales posted an advertisement on Craigslist in the Creative Gigs section, which is clearly defined in the Terms and Conditions as being specifically intended for Small Design, Photography, or Illustration: Gigs. Not jobs. And especially not Sales Jobs.



When asked to remove their mis-categorized ad, the persons who answered the phone were rude, dismissive, and did nothing to fix their error. When told it appeared that Last Chance Auto Sales did not care about the community, the person replied; "Oh God" and then hung up the phone. It has been confirmed that Last Chance Auto Sales does not care about the community. This is abusive advertising.
