Legacy at Southpark (James on South First) is an amazing property! I moved in back in May under Roscoe and have had an amazing experience since day one. The second I walked in to my first floor apartment, I was blown away at the quality of the appliances and amenities. 12 foot Cathedral ceilings with very nice quiet fans, beautiful granite counters, wood floors throughout, and stainless steel appliances! The wrap around porch is very spacious and has extra storage with key entry... Everything in mint condition. The AC is cool and evenly distributed with a low power bill! The bathroom is gorgeous and features a huge hotel like tub. This place is so nice! As far as amenities... the infinity pool has gas grills, soon a fridge, and plenty of space! The gym is awesome, the business center is available 24/7, and there is coffee everyday in the community center! I have to say that the best part of living here are the staff: Dacia and Gracie are absolute angels who are always available when I need them, especially after moving in. The maintenance staff is ON POINT! They are polite, prompt, and always know exactly what they are doing. I love living here and look forward to many years ahead. I love these apartments! They are so beautiful, the pool and outdoor kitchen is awesome, the fitness center is state of the art and the business center is quiet and tastefully decorated. The office staff is very accommodating and go out of their way to assist. Love my new home!
