I scheduled 30,000 mile service and I was there on time . It took six hours and two status update requests at the desk to get the car finished

A Mom and Pop that has been in Austin as the only Lexus dealer in Austin since 1989.Lots of old guys have been at the store forever. That is a two edged sword, lots of people really like the stability, to see or work with the same person over the years while many others feel that arrogance and complaisancey make doing business to painful to deal with... Lexus of Austin is changing; the old car business of being the only dealer in town is long gone... now there are hundreds of dealers vying for the business.Lexus of Austin has changed,and will continue to change still the same core philosophy of Service for the customer but with a much more humble approach. We recognize that the larger Mega-Dealers in the Central TexasTriangle like,Dallas,Houston ,San Antonio are all to Happy to sell into the Austin market and that is what business is all about right?
