Live Oak Gottesman was formed as a result of merger of three organizations; Live Oak Group, The Gottesman Company and the Industrial Division of the former Trammell Crow Company. Formed in early 2007, the company is a full-service commercial real estate firm with diverse holdings and operations spanning the office, retail, industrial and land development sectors of the Central Texas market. It provides a full array of commercial real estate services, including acquisitions, dispositions, site assemblage and development, property management, corporate services, leasing, brokerage and construction management.
