Our experience with the Austin, TX Lumber Liquidators office was a bad one. We purchased stranded bamboo flooring for Austin LL, and had them install it. It was marketed as being very durable and long lasting. The flooring has buckled in some places, and the Corporate Office would not correct the problem, nor would a rep from the Austin, TX LL office examine it. We visited the Austin, TX LL office, and the manager did not have the courtesy to discuss the problem with us at the store, but rather had a floor sales rep convey the message that they would not examine the flooring, or take any action to correct the problem. We would not recommend doing business with the Austin, TX LL office. We were not satisfied with the product, the installation, or lack of effort for providing any customer service.
